摘　　要：国家会议中心二期项目转换桁架两端的钢柱截面尺寸大,托座形状各异且节点复杂,节点隔板均为厚板,材料损耗大,焊接控制困难。针对以上难点,从材料采购、零件下料、装焊措施、打砂油漆等方面进行优化,保证了构件质量,节约了成本。The steel columns at both ends of the conversion truss of China National Conference Center Phase II have difficulties,such as large cross-sections,different shapes of brackets and complex nodes,thick joint partitions,large material loss,and difficult welding control.In view of the above difficulties,optimization was carried out in terms of material procurement,parts blanking,assembly and welding measures,sanding and painting,etc,to ensure the quality of components and save costs.
