摘 要:超长上凸式张弦杂交拱壳结构由屋面钢拱壳、拉索、拉杆组成,拉索为上凸设置,拱壳和拉索之间为受拉的钢拉杆。为减少张弦结构对支撑结构的作用力,可在施工过程中适当地分级施加预拉力和分级加载。国家会议中心二期屋盖施工中,对张弦预应力拉索施工全过程进行仿真计算,以跨向位移为主要控制因素,确定拉索安装张拉顺序和拉索分级张拉,用于指导实际施工。The roof studied in this paper is a kind of super-long upper convex tension-string hybrid arch shell structure,this structure is composed of roof steel arch shell,cable,pull rod.The cable is convex,and the steel tie rod is tension between the arch shell and the cable.In order to reduce the force of tensioned structure on the supporting structure,pretension and graded loading can be applied appropriately in the construction process.In this paper,combined with China National Conference Center Phase II,the whole process of prestressed cable construction is simulated.The straddle displacement is taken as the main control factor to determine the sequence of cable installation and cable grading tensioning,which can be used to guide the actual construction.
