摘　　要：目的构建糖尿病足患者自我报告结局量表,并进行信效度检验。方法通过文献阅读,以及对17例患者进行访谈,形成量表条目池,按预想的量表结构框架对条目进行归类和整理,经2轮专家咨询,小范围测试修整后,形成初始量表。通过对842例糖尿病足患者进行调查,采用项目区分度分析,相关性分析,探索性因子分析对条目进行筛选;采用Cronbach’sα系数以及重测信度和内容、结构效度分析,确定量表的可行性和有效性。结果最终量表包括4个一级条目,12个二级条目,65个三级条目。临界比值法显示,各条目在高分组和低分组上的得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关分析显示,各条目与总分的相关系数0.416~0.810;量表的内容效度指数为0.98,探索性因子分析析出4个公因子,累积方差贡献率72.161%,验证性因子分析显示模型拟合较好;量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.954,重测信度系数0.946。结论糖尿病足患者自我报告结局量表具有良好的信效度,可以用于对糖尿病足患者健康现状的调查及治疗效果评价。Objective To construct the patient-reported outcome scale for diabetic foot patients and test its reliability and validity.Method Establish the item pool by reading literature and interview for 17 patients.Classify and arrange the items according to the frame of expected scale.Form a primary scale after two rounds of expert consultation and simple test and modification.Screen the items by item discrimination analysis,correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis through a survey on 842 diabetic foot patients.Test the reliability and validity of the scale by Cronbach’sαcoefficient,retest reliability,content and construct validity analysis.Result The final scale includes 4 first-level items,12 second-level items and 65 third-level items.The critical ratio method shows that there is a significant difference in scores between the high-score group and the low-score group of each item(P<0.05).Correlation analysis shows that the correlation coefficient between each item and the total score is 0.416~0.810 and the content validity index is 0.98.Four common factors are analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 72.161%.Confirmatory factor analysis shows that the model has a nice fitting.Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale is 0.954 and the retest reliability coefficient is 0.946.Conclusion Patient-reported outcome scale for diabetic foot patients has nice reliability and validity,which can be used to investigate health conditions and evaluate treatment effects for diabetic foot patients.
