摘 要:为了进一步探究青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)的不同生理小种和生物型对桉树的潜在侵染风险,应用2种接种方法分别检测青枯菌生理小种1~5号和生物型Ⅱ、Ⅲ对尾叶桉(Eucalyptus urophylla)的侵染能力。结果发现,桉树分别接种生理小种2号菌株GIM 1.76和生理小种3号菌株Po 88后均有典型的青枯病症状,与对照桉树青枯病菌生理小种1号菌株Rrp^(r)引起的症状一致,且使用2种接种方法测得的桉树发病率和病情指数与对照菌株Rrp^(r)相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),生理小种4号菌株Z 2013-1和5号菌株GIM 1.73均不能使尾叶桉发病;分别接种生物型Ⅱ菌株Po 88和生物型Ⅲ菌株Po 43后,桉树的发病症状与接种生物型Ⅲ菌株Rrp^(r)的症状一致,且发病率和病情指数与对照菌株Rrp~r相比也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究揭示了青枯病菌生理小种2号和3号对桉树也具有很强的侵染能力,因此,在有青枯菌生理小种2号和3号分布和危害的区域种植桉树具有潜在的风险,对生产上桉树栽培的合理布局具有参考价值。In order to further determine the potential infection risks of Ralstonia solanacearum to Eucalyptus, the infective ability of physiological races 1 to 5, as well as biotypes Ⅱ and Ⅲ of R. solanacearum to E. urophylla was determined by using both apex and soaking inoculations.The results showed that the eucalypt presented typical symptoms of bacterial wilt after inoculation of physiological race 2 strain GIM 1.76 and race 3 strain Po 88 of R.solanacearumby using both inoculation methods described above,which were the same as those caused by race 1,the control strain Rrp^(r) originally isolated from infected eucalypt.The disease incidences and indices measured by two inoculation methods were not significantly different from those of the control strain Rrp^(r)(P>0.05).Both race 4 strain Z 2013-1 and race 5 strain GIM 1.73 of R.solanacearumfailed to infect E.urophyllathrough both inoculation methods.BiotypeⅡstrain Po 88 and biotypeⅢstrain Po 43 of R.solanacearumcould also cause typical symptoms of bacterial wilt on stems of E.urophylla,and their disease incidence and disease indices were not significantly different from those caused by biotypeⅢ,the control strain Rrp^(r)(P>0.05)either.To our knowledge,this is the first report demonstrating that the physiological race 2 and race 3 of R.solanacearumhave a highly infective ability to eucalypt.Therefore,it definitely had potential infection risks to eucalypt plantations in the areas with the distribution and devastation of the race 2 and race 3 of R.solanacearum.The research provides technical support for the rational layout of eucalypt production.
