摘 要:作为电场锅炉制粉系统的关键环节,磨煤机在具体运行中会受电负荷、供热量等因素的影响,需要不断对设备进行调整与启停,这导致磨煤机经常会出现堵塞现象。而容易引发磨煤机堵塞的原因,还有其自身结构的缺陷、煤质的波动及人员操作失误或对其运行状态判断失误的。在具体应用中,磨煤机堵塞现象无法彻底根除,其中一次风管是磨煤机中易造成堵塞的重要部位。相关工作人员应及时对磨煤机的堵塞情况进行判断与处理,文中以ZGM123G-Ⅱ型中速磨煤机为例,对比了磨煤机进、出口风压在正常情况及堵塞情况下的差异,论证了二者之间的关系,论述了磨煤机一次风管堵塞的特征。As a key link in the electric field boiler pulverizing system,the coal mill will be affected by factors such as electrical load and heat supply during specific operation,and it is necessary to continuously adjust and start and stop the equipment,which causes the coal mill to often be blocked.The reasons for the clogging of the coal mill are easily caused by its own structural defects,coal quality fluctuations,and personnel operating errors or errors in judging its operating status.In specific applications,the clogging of the coal mill cannot be completely eliminated,and the primary air duct is an important part of the coal mill that is likely to cause clogging.Relevant staff should judge and deal with the blockage of the coal mill in time.This article takes the ZGM123G-Ⅱmedium-speed coal mill as an example to compare the difference between the inlet and outlet air pressures of the coal mill under normal conditions and under clogging conditions.Demonstrated the relationship between the two,discussed the characteristics of the clogging of the primary air duct of the coal mill.
