四妙勇安汤在外周动脉闭塞性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：四妙勇安汤作为治疗脱疽的经典名方,现代临床亦将其广泛应用于治疗外周动脉闭塞性疾病,这与其抑制炎症反应、抗氧化应激、调节血脂、保护血管内皮功能、抑制斑块内血管新生等作用机制密切相关。通过查阅近10年的文献报道,对四妙勇安汤治疗外周动脉闭塞性疾病的临床疗效及作用机制进行综述,以期为该方的临床应用及深入研究提供参考。Simiao Yong'an Decoction,as a classic prescription for the treatment of gangrene,has also been widely used in the treatment of peripheral artery occluded disease in modern clinical practice,which is closely related to its mechanism of inhibiting inflammation,resisting-oxidative stress,regulating blood lipid,protecting vascular endothelial function and inhibiting angiogenesis in plaque.The clinical effect and mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of peripheral artery occlusive disease were reviewed through literature reports in recent 10 years,in order to provide references for the clinical application and in-depth research of this prescription.
