摘  要:不可再生的矿物柴油日趋枯竭,可再生燃料的开发和推广迫在眉睫。针对生物质油和柴油混合、生物质油和甲醇混合分别进行了主要燃烧参数的测定及用于工业锅炉的燃烧排放成分测定和燃烧效果评估。生物质油和0号柴油、生物质油和甲醇均能以任意比例混合得到均质混合燃料,混合燃料的热值都有变化,雾化效果明显改善;当生物质油比例超过50%后,燃烧器本身点火系统失灵,需要附加点火才能够正常燃烧,对喷头腐蚀不明显。The non renewable mineral diesel oil is increasingly exhausted.So the development and promotion of renewable fuel is imminent.For the mixture of biomass oil and diesel,and the mixture of biomass oil and methanol,the measurement of main combustion parameters,the measurement of combustion emission components for industrial boilers,and the evaluation of combustion effects were carried out.Biomass oil and 0#diesel oil,biomass oil and methanol can be mixed at any ratio to obtain homogeneous mixed fuel.The calorific value of the mixed fuel changes,and the atomization effect is significantly improved.When the proportion of biomass oil exceeds 50%,the ignition system of the burner itself fails,and additional ignition is required for normal combustion,and the nozzle corrosion is not obvious.
