摘 要:介绍了机匣翻转冲洗机液压系统的组成及工作原理,并重点研究了其闭环压力控制系统。运用AMESim建立了实际的伺服比例阀模型,并以此为基础建立了闭环压力控制系统的模型。针对系统的不同控制压力点进行了动静态特性分析,并对系统运用PID控制器进行校正,在此基础上分析了干扰信号和抑制泵压力脉动的可调节流口对系统性能的影响。分析结果表明,经过PID校正后的系统能满足技术要求,可调节流口的大小对系统的响应时间有影响,干扰信号对系统的压力控制精度有影响。This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the hydraulic system of the casing turnover washing machine,and focus on its closed-loop pressure control system.The actual servo proportional valve model is established by AMESim,and a model of the closed-loop pressure control system is established on this basis.The dynamic and static characteristics are analyzed for different control pressure points of the system,and the PID controller is used to correct the system.On this basis,the influence of interference signals and adjustable orifices to suppress pump pressure pulsation on system performance is also analyzed.The analysis results show that the system after PID correction can meet the technical requirements,the size of the adjustable orifice has an impact on the response time of the system,and the interference signal has an impact on the pressure control accuracy of the system.
