摘 要:提高逆向建模质量一直是逆向工程致力追求的目标,针对专业逆向建模软件曲面逆向品质不高的问题,研究了基于Catia V5的复杂不规则曲面逆向建模方法及关键技术。利用Catia V5数字编辑器和创成式外形设计两个模块,将整个逆向建模过程分为点云分区、点云优化、曲线重构、曲面拟合四个步骤,同时结合对曲线、曲面的质量评判完成复杂不规则曲面逆向建模工作。逆向的曲面能够在拟合精度和光顺性方面取得良好的折中,提升了逆向建模品质。Improving the quality of reverse modeling has always been the goal of reverse engineering.Aiming at the low quality of surface reverse of professional reverse modeling software,this paper studies the method and key technology of complex irregular surface reverse based on Catia V5.Using the Generative Shape Design and Digitized Shape Editor of Catia V5,the whole reverse modeling process is divided into four steps:point cloud partition,point cloud optimization,curve reconstruction and surface fitting.Meanwhile,the reverse modeling of complex irregular surfaces is completed by combining the quality evaluation of curves and surfaces.The reverse surface can achieve a good compromise in terms of fitting accuracy and smoothness,which improves the quality of reverse modeling.
