摘 要:以酚醛树脂为碳源,石墨烯为结构导向剂,硅溶胶为模板,1,6-己二胺(DAH)为链接剂,通过溶胶-凝胶反应制备出一种比表面积达991.5 m2·g-1、孔容达3.46 cm3·g-1的中孔炭纳米片(MCNs)。通过SEM、TEM和N2吸脱附表征MCNs的结构,负载活性物质后用于室温下H2S的催化脱除。研究结果表明,MCNs独特的片状结构不仅能够促进催化过程中H2S的扩散,而且片上的中孔结构有利于活性组分的负载以及脱硫产物的存储。当NaOH的负载质量分数达到20%时,其穿透硫容达到2.93 g·g-1(H2S/催化剂),并且催化剂对H2S的转化率接近100%,产物分析表明,单质硫和硫酸盐为主要的脱硫产物,其堵塞孔道结构是造成材料失活的主要原因。Mesoporous carbon nanosheets(MCNs)with high specific surface area up to 991.5 m2·g-1 and pore volume up to 3.46cm3·g-1 are prepared through sol-gel process using phenolic resin as carbon source,graphene as structural guide agent,silica sol as template and 1,6-hexylenediamine(DAH)as link agent.Their microstructure and pore structure are investigated by SEM,TEM and N2 adsorption.MCNs prepared are loaded with active components and then used for catalytic removal of H2S at room temperature.It is found that the unique sheet structure of MCNs can not only promote the diffusion of H2S gas during the catalytic process,but also facilitate the uniform distribution of active components and the storage of desulfurized products.When the NaOH loading amount reaches 20%,its breakthrough sulfur capacity can achieve 2.93 g·g-1(H2S/catalyst),and the conversion rate of catalyst to H2S is close to100%.The main desulfurization products are elemental sulfur and sulfate which block the pores causing the catalyst deactivation.
