四君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型腹痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨四君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型腹痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年6月我院收治的60例脾胃虚弱型腹痛患者,随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予兰索拉唑注射液治疗,治疗组用四君子汤加减治疗。对比两组临床效果、中医证候积分、副作用以及复发现象。结果:治疗组总有效率(80.0%,24/30)显著高于对照组(50.0%,15/30),P<0.05;治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分变化较对照组显著,P<0.05;治疗组无副作用发生反馈;治疗组复发率(10.0%)显著低于对照组(40.0%),P<0.05,对照组更早出现复发现象。结论:服用四君子汤加减方剂可以有效治疗脾胃虚弱型腹痛,疗效优于兰索拉唑注射液,并且副作用小,减少复发风险,推荐在临床上广泛应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of abdominal pain patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods:A total of 60 abdominal pain patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency in our hospital from January2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided randomly into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30),the control group was treated with Lansoprazole Injection,and the treatment group was given Sijunzi decoction.Then we compared the clinical effects and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups after treatment.Next,we analysed the occurrence of side effects and recurrence.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80.0%(24/30)higher than the control group’s 50.0%(15/30)(P<0.05);after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients in the treatment group changed significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).No other adverse reactions attributable to the therapeutic drugs were reported.In addition,we found that the recurrence rates in the control group were significantly higher than that in the treatment group,and patients in the control group exhibited recurrence earlier than that of the treatment group.Conclusion:Taking Sijunzi decoction could be effective in treating abdominal pain patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency,which clinical outcomes were better than the Western medicine therapy.Due to its less adverse reactions and low risk of reccurrence,we suggested that Sijunzi decoction could be used more widely in clinical practice.
