摘　　要：胃脘痛是中医临床常见病、多发病,脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛常反复发作,缠绵难愈。本文利用内服黄芪建中汤联合热敏灸治疗该型胃脘痛取得较好疗效,分享验案一则,以期提供中医内外合治之参考。As a common and frequently occurring disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine,deficiency-cold of spleen dyspepsodynia is attacked recurrently and tangled up difficult to recover.According to oral administration of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with heat sensitive moxibustion to treat this type of dyspepsodynia,good curative effect has been achieved.The article will share a experience case,and provide reference for internal and external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
