摘 要:目的研究大黄不同炮制品配伍后的大承气汤对血清内毒素、NO和TNF-α含量变化的影响。方法将165只实验动物随机分为大黄不同炮制品配伍后的大承气汤组(6 g/kg、10 g/kg)、阳性对照组、空白对照组及模型组,按容积20 mL/kg的剂量给药后,测定血清内毒素、一氧化氮和肿瘤坏死因子含量,比较大黄不同炮制品配伍后的大承气汤对小鼠血清内毒素、一氧化氮和肿瘤坏死因子含量的影响。结果大黄不同炮制品的大承气汤组都能增加ABP小鼠血清NO含量,但与其它大承气汤组相比,炭DCQT组增加ABP小鼠血清NO含量不明显。大黄不同炮制品的大承气汤组都能降低ABP小鼠血清内毒素和TNF-α含量,但与其它大承气汤组相比,炭DCQT组降低ABP小鼠血清内毒素和TNF-α含量不明显。结论大黄不同炮制品的大承气汤对内毒素、NO和TNF-α的含量均有不同程度的影响,这些变化与大黄不同炮制品配伍的大承气汤作用相对应,且大黄蒽醌类成分含量的变化在一定程度上对大承气汤的功效存在着一定的影响和共性关系。Objective To study the effects of Dachengqi Decoction(大承气汤)on the levels of endotoxin,NO and TNF-αin serum after compatibility of different processed products of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma).Methods A total of 165 experimental animals were randomly divided into Dachengqi Decoction groups(6 g/kg,10 g/kg),positive control group,blank control group and model group after the compatibility of different Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)products.The volume was 20 mL/kg.After the drug was administered,the contents of endotoxin,NO and TNF-αin serum were measured,and the effects of Dachengqi Decoction combined with different processed products of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)on endotoxin,NO and TNF-αin mice were compared.Result The Dachengqi Decoction groups of different Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)products could increase the NO content in serum of ABP mice.But compared with other Dachengqi Decoction groups,the NO content in serum of ABP mice was not obvious in the Dachengqi Decoction with Dahuangtan(charred Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)group.The Dachengqi Decoction groups of different Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)products can reduce the serum contents of endotoxin and TNF-αof ABP mice.But compared with other Dachengqi Decoction groups,the serum levels of endotoxin and TNF-αin ABP mice were not obviously reduced in Dachengqi Decoction with Dahuangtan(charred Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)group.Conclusion Different processed products of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)in Dachengqi Decoction have different effects on the contents of endotoxin,NO and TNF-α.These changes correspond to the effect of Dachengqi Decoction in the compatibility of different processed products of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma),and the contents changes of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)anthraquinones to a certain extent have a certain influence and commonality on the efficacy of Dachengqi Decoction.
