摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中是威胁人类生命安全的常见病,随着目前人类饮食与生活习惯的改变,缺血性脑卒中在我国已上升为致死致残率第一的疾病。近些年关于缺血性脑卒中病理生理机制的研究认为缺血性脑卒中是多种损伤机制共同作用的结果,而炎症反应是导致神经功能缺损的重要机制之一。因此,根据传统中医学理论并结合现代医学成果,从炎症反应角度探讨中医药防治缺血性脑卒中作用机制。Ischemic stroke is a common disease that threatens the life safety of human,and with the change of the present diet and living habits,the ischemic stroke has been the disease with the first death rate in our country.In recent years,the study of the pathophysiological mechanism of the ischemic stroke believes it is the result of the common action of various injury mechanisms,and the inflammatory reaction is one of the important mechanisms leading to the neurological deficit.Therefore,according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory and combined with the modern medical result,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat the cerebral infarction from the angle of inflammation was discussed.
