糖Ⅰ号协定方对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征脾肾气虚证的疗效及对血清脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖Ⅰ号协定方对2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征脾肾气虚证的疗效及对血清脂联素(ADP)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2020年1月收治2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者96例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。两组患者均给予常规治疗;对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片,1次/d,每次1片;观察组在对照组基础上给予糖Ⅰ号协定方治疗,1剂/d,2次/d。两组连续治疗12周。比较两组患者的体质量指数、腰臀比、血糖、血脂以及血清ADP和TNF-α水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的体质量指数和腰臀比明显降低,且明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PPG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后甘油三酯水平(TG)明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组患者血清ADP水平明显高于对照组,TNF-α显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论糖Ⅰ号协定方能有效改善2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征脾肾气虚证患者的体质量、血糖及血脂水平,可能与其调节血清ADP和TNF-α水平有关。Objective To investigate the efficacy of SugarⅠPrescription(糖Ⅰ号协定方)treating type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome with syndrome of both spleen and kidney Qi deficiency and its effect on serum levels of adiponectin(ADP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α.Methods Ninety-six patients with type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome admitted to the hospital from March of 2017 to January of 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table(48 cases for each group).Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets(1 time/d and 1 tablet/time).The observation group was treated with SugarⅠPrescription(1 dose/d and 2 times/d)on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Body mass index,waist-hip ratio,blood glucose,lipids and serum levels of ADP and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,body mass index and waist-hip ratio in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).In the observation group,fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),postprandial blood glucose(2 h PPG)and insulin resistance index were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the level of triglyceride(TG)in the observation group was significantly lower and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,serum level of ADP in the observation group was significantly higher and TNF-αwas significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion SugarⅠPrescription can effectively improve the body weight,blood glucose and lipid levels of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome with syndrome of both spleen and kidney Qi deficiency,which may be related to the regulation of serum levels of ADP and TNF-α.
