摘　　要：介绍了双色塑料件的结构特点,分析了模具浇注系统、冷却系统、排气系统和顶出系统,设计了滑块刀片双色注射模具结构。This paper introduces the structural characteristics of two-color plastic parts,analyzes the gating system,cooling system,exhaust system and ejection system of the mold,and designs the structure of two-color injection mold for slider blade.
