摘 要:针对传统3轴数控机床加工非标铣刀盘螺旋槽、刀片螺纹定位孔及轴承配合面时,难以保证表面质量及孔中心定位精度等问题。采用5轴加工技术制造统刀盘,通过5轴加工技术及优化参数设置,保证了铣刀盘的精度和性能,提高生产效率。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to guarantee the surface quality and the positioning accuracy of the hole center when manufacturing the spiral groove of the non-standard milling cutter disc,the thread positioning hole of the cutter blade and the bearing mating surface with the traditional three-axis numerical control.In this paper,the milling cutter is manufactured by five-axis machining technology.Through five-axis machining technology and optimized parameter setting,the accuracy and performance of the milling cutter are guaranteed,and the production efficiency of the product is improved.
