摘　　要：开发了电力系统通信调度值班自动化平台。该平台基于ESB(Enterprise Service Bus,简称ESB)技术,汇总不同系统的数据生成日志和交接班记录,基于IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,简称IMS)技术实现调度电话快速灵活组会、一键拨出、来电排队、任意接听等功能。应用表明该平台可提高通信调度操作效率、完善调度电话功能。An automatic platform for power system communication dispatching duty is developed.Based on ESB technology,the platform collects the data of different systems to generate logs and shift records,and realizes the functions such as quick and flexible dispatching telephone meeting,one-key dialing out,queuing at incoming point and arbitrary answering based on IMS technology.The application shows that the platform can improve the communication dispatching operation efficiency and perfect the dispatching telephone functions.
