摘 要:为明确6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)和油菜素内酯(BR)对干旱胁迫下水稻分蘖期生理特性的调控机制,本研究以三系杂交中熟晚稻品种‘H优518’为试验材料,通过喷施25 mg/L 6-BA和BR溶液,研究其对干旱胁迫下水稻分蘖期光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量及可溶性蛋白含量等的影响。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫加剧,水稻分蘖期生长受到明显抑制。喷施6-BA和BR溶液后,在干旱胁迫第9天的水稻分蘖期叶片总叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量相比对照分别显著增加28.1%~32.66%和25.27%~27.47%,而抗氧化酶活性也受到不同程度的促进,丙二醛含量降低了19.99%~34.53%,可溶性蛋白含量增加了13.72%~23.04%,并且喷施6-BA溶液的整体效果要好于BR溶液。由此可见,叶面喷施6-BA和BR能有效缓解干旱胁迫对水稻分蘖期生理特性的影响,对水稻抗旱栽培具有重要意义。The purpose of this study was to elucidate the mechanism of 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA) and brassinosteroids(BR) on physiological characteristics of rice at the tillering stage under drought stress. The effects of spraying 25 mg/L 6-BA and BR solution on photosynthetic pigment content, antioxidant enzyme activity, malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content in tillering stage of rice under drought stress were studied with three-line hybrid medium mature late rice variety ’H you 518’ as experimental material. The results showed that the growth of rice at the tillering stage is obviously inhibit with increasing drought stress. After spraying 6-BA and BR solution, the total chlorophyll content and carotenoid content of rice leaves at the tillering stage increased by28.1%~32.66% and 25.27%~27.47% respectively compared with the control on the 9 th day of drought stress. The activities of antioxidant enzymes were also promoted to some extent. The content of malondialdehyde decreased by 19.99%~34.53%, and the content of soluble protein increased by 13.72%~23.04%. The effect of spraying 6-BA solution is better than that of BR solution. It can be seen that spraying 6-BA and BR on the leaf can effectively alleviate the effects of drought stress on the physiological characteristics of rice at tillering stage, which is of great significance for rice drought resistant cultivation.
