摘　　要：目的:了解成都某县级市农村50岁以上男性高危性行为现状与家庭支持的关系,探讨影响路径。方法:多阶段抽样获得397个50岁以上男性样本,访谈式问卷调查收集其人口学特征、家庭特征、性行为情况数据。用SPSS22.0有序logistic回归分析高危性行为与家庭因素的回归关系,并用R软件绘制列线图建立预测模型。结果:共纳入397例样本,平均年龄63.63±7.67岁,高危性行为发生率16.1%(64例)。有序logistic分析显示,月收入在3000~4000元(P=0.035),离异丧偶有固定性伴(P=0.023)已婚分居婚姻状态(P=0.024),家人从不(P=0.002)偶尔(P=0.017)经常(P=0.030)提供物质支持,偶尔与家人深入交流(P=0.024),亲密家庭成员数(P=0.029)等变量在回归模型中有统计学意义,决定系数在0.124~0.218之间。列线图预测模型AUC=0.769。结论:该地区中老年男性存在高危性行为,高收入、异常婚姻、高家庭物质支持、低家人交流频率、低亲密家庭成员数是农村中老年男性高危性行为的危险因素,孤独感、生活满意度、可支配经济条件、家庭责任、健康信念等可能是其影响路径。Objective To investigate the relationship between the high-risk sexual behavior and family support in rural males aged over 50 years old in one city of Chengdu,and explore its influencing paths.Methods 397 cases of males aged over 50 years old were collected with multi-stage sampling method.Data of demographic characteristics,family characteristics and sexual behaviors was collected by interview questionnaire,and analyzed with SPSS25.0 and R software.Results 397 cases were included,with an average age of 63.63±7.67 years.The incidence of high-risk sexual behavior of which was 16.1%(64 cases).Logistic analysis showed that variables of monthly income in 3000~4000 yuan(P=0.035),having no spouse but stable partners(P=0.023),married but separated marital status(P=0.024),never(P=0.002),occasional(P=0.017)and constant(P=0.030)material support from families,occasionally in-depth communication with family(P=0.024),number of close family members(P=0.029),and other variables in the regression model were statistically significant with R2 between 0.124~0.218.The AUC in nomogram prediction model was 0.769.Conclusion There had high-risk sexual behaviors in middle-aged and elderly males in this city.High income,abnormal marriage,high family material support,low frequency of family communication and less close family members are risk factors for high-risk sexual behaviors of middle-aged and elderly men in rural areas.Loneliness,life satisfaction,disposable financial conditions,family responsibilities and health beliefs are its influence paths.
