摘 要:文章以QMB125球笼沟道磨床的伺服进给系统为研究对象,建立了伺服进给系统的数学模型,分析了进给系统产生爬行的机理;通过大量的运动学仿真,获得了进给速度,工作台质量,系统阻尼,系统刚度及静、动摩擦因数之差等参数对进给系统爬行的影响规律;在仿真基础上对各影响因素进行了正交试验分析,得到了各因素之间的耦合关系;依据正交试验分析结果,给出抑制爬行提高磨床精度的最优水平组合。Based on the servo feed system of the QMB125 cage gauge,this paper establishes the mathematical model of the servo feed system,and analyzes the mechanism of the feed system to generate crawling.Through a large number of kinematics simulations,the influence of the feeding speed,the quality of the system,the system damping,the system stiffness,and the difference between static and kinetic friction coefficient on the crawling phenomenon in the feed system is studied.The orthogonal test analysis on the influencing factors is carried out,and the coupling relationship between various factors is obtained.The optimal combination for suppressing the crawling and improving the accuracy of the grinding machine is given according to the results of orthogonal test analysis.
