摘 要:介绍了含煤废水的来源和水质特征,从处理方法、处理工艺及运行成本等角度出发,归纳了煤废水来源及其处理方法,分析了燃煤电厂含煤废水处理工艺实际典型应用案例。针对含煤废水的水质特点,其处理技术路线是混凝、沉淀和过滤等一种或多种方法的组合;应根据煤质、水量、水质等参数选择合适的方法和装置,兼顾产水水质、处理效率及装置稳定性,单独处理后在原系统内循环利用。建议通过系统的优化,在源头上实现含煤废水的减量化;并根据煤粉杂质的特点,研发专用的高性能混凝剂和抗污染过滤材料。The coal-containing wastewater sources and water quality characteristics was introduced, from the perspectives of treatment methods,treatment processes and operating costs, the source of coal wastewater and its treatment methods were summarized, and the actual typical application cases of coal-containing wastewater treatment processes in coal-fired power plants were analyzed. In view of the water quality characteristics of coalcontaining wastewater, the treatment technology route was a combination of one or more methods such as coagulation, sedimentation and filtration.Appropriate methods and devices should be selected according to parameters such as coal quality, water volume, and water quality, taking into account the product water quality, treatment efficiency and device stability. Coal-containing wastewater should be recycled in the original system after being treated separately. It is recommended to optimize the system to reduce the amount of coal-containing wastewater at the source. According to the characteristics of pulverized coal impurities, develop special high-performance coagulants and anti-pollution filter materials.
