摘  要:制备了磁性复合絮凝剂MFPAC,用于垃圾渗滤液的预处理,考察絮凝效果,并对絮凝剂进行了微观表征。结果显示,磁性组分可有效强化渗滤液的絮凝效果,COD去除率显著提高;SEM图谱表明磁性纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)粒子有效地增加了混凝剂MFPAC的比表面积,致使MFPAC的比表面积显著地增加,增加了磁性混凝剂的颗粒粒径、密度及吸附能力,有利于提高其的絮凝效果;红外图谱表明,MFPAC是一种含有羟基配位、纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)的多核羟基铁铝高分子聚合物,具有类似PAC的复杂价键及晶体结构;XRD分析表明,MFPAC具有纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)和PAC的化学特性,其物质的主要成分与纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)、PAC的组分相一致;三维荧光图谱与紫外-可见光谱分析表明,垃圾渗滤液经过MFPAC混凝处理后,荧光信号均有所降低,DOM的组分均不同程度的得以去除,其腐殖酸、类富里酸物质的去除效果较为显著,类色氨酸去除效果较差。A magnetic composite flocculant of MFPAC was prepared for the pretreatment of landfill leachate. The flocculation performance was investigated, and the flocculant was microscopically characterized. The results showed that, the magnetic component could effectively improve the flocculation effect, and the COD removal rate was significantly enhanced. The SEM spectrum showed that the magnetic nano Fe_(3)O_(4) particles effectively increased the specific surface area of the coagulant MFPAC, resulting in a significant increase in the specific surface area of MFPAC,increasing the particle size, density and adsorption capacity of the magnetic coagulant, which was beneficial to improve its flocculation effect. FT IR spectra showed that, MFPAC contained hydroxy ligands, and nano-iron oxide of polynuclear hydroxy-almandine polymers which had a similar complex valence and crystal structure of PAC. XRD analysis showed that MFPAC had chemical characteristics of the nano-iron oxide and PAC, the main constituents of matter consistent with the components of nano-iron oxide and PAC. Three-dimensional fluorescence spectra and UV-vis spectra showed that the fluorescent signal of leachate were decreased after MFPAC coagulation treatment, the DOM components of leachate were removed to varying degrees, the removal effect of humic acid and fulvic acid-like substances was more significant, while the removal effect of tryptophan-like substances was poor.
