摘  要:针对草编漂染产生含有双氧水、高含量有机物和草编废渣的废水的特点,采用"物化混凝预处理+缺氧水解酸化+A/O+深度处理"的主体工艺,介绍了各处理单元的工艺参数及运行效果。实际运行结果表明,COD、NH3-N、TP、SS和色度的去除率分别达到98.55%、96.67%、98.75%、99.58%和93.75%,出水水质满足GB 18918-2002的一级A要求,处理费用4.51元/t,工艺稳定、节能、高效、减排,处理成本低。Aiming at the characteristics of straw bleaching and dyeing to produce wastewater containing hydrogen peroxide, high content of organic matter and straw waste residue, the main process of ’physical coagulation pretreatment + anoxic hydrolysis acidification + A/O + advanced treatment’was adopted, the process parameters and operation effects of each treatment unit were introduced. The practical operation results showed that, the removal rates of COD, TN, TP, SS and chroma reached 98.55%, 96.67%, 98.75%, 99.58% and 93.75%, respectively. The effluent water quality met the first-class A requirements of GB 18918-2002. The processing cost was 4.51 yuan/t, the process was stable, energy saving, high efficiency,emission reduction, and the processing cost was low.
