摘  要:针对屠宰废水高COD、高NH3-N含量的特点,采用气浮+厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)+A/O组合工艺处理屠宰废水的工程应用,介绍了工艺流程及主要构筑物及设备。实际运行结果表明,屠宰废水进水COD和NH3-N的质量浓度分别为3 980 mg/L和320 mg/L时,经该工艺处理后,去除率分别可达99%和97.5%,出水各指标均稳定达到GB13457-92中表3禽类屠宰加工的一级标准。Aimed at the characteristics of high COD and high NH3-N content in slaughter wastewater, The engineering application of air flotation+anaerobic baffled reactor+anoxic/oxic combined process was used to treat slaughterhouse wastewater, and the process flow and main structures and equipment were introduced. The practical operation results showed that, the influent COD and mass concentration of NH3-N were 3 980 mg/L and 320 mg/L respectively in slaughter wastewater, the removal rates of which were 99% and 97.5% respectively after this process treatment. All indicators of the effluent reached the first-class standard for poultry slaughtering and processing in Tab.3 of GB 13457-92.
