摘　　要：目的:探讨血清25-(OH)VD3,IL-4的检测在咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用价值。方法:选取CVA患者60例为观察组,健康体检者40例为对照组。分别测定血清25-(OH)VD3,IL-4水平。结果:两组血清25-(OH)VD3,IL-4水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),且CVA组血清25-(OH)VD3低于对照组,IL-4水平明显高于对照组。结论:咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清25-(OH)VD3降低,IL-4水平增高,联合检测上述指标可有效提高疾病诊断敏感度。Objective: To explore the application value of serum 25-(OH) VD3, IL-4 in cough variant asthma.Methods: Forty-four CVA patients were selected as the observation group and 40 healthy people as the control group. The serum levels of 25(OH) VD3 and IL-4 were measured.Results: he levels of serum 25-(OH)VD3 and IL-4 in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). The serum 25-(OH)VD3 in the CVA group was lower than that in the control group, and the IL-4 level was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: In patients with cough variant asthma, serum 25-(OH)VD3 decreases and IL-4 levels increase. Joint detection of the above indicators can effectively improve the sensitivity of disease diagnosis.
