摘 要:目的:研究磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)在脑梗死(CI)致皮质脊髓束(CST)损伤程度与患者运动功能中的应用。方法:选取2019年9~2020年1月就诊的CI患者30例进行DTI检查,在检查前使用BI量表评估患者运动功能,观察患者CST分级情况与运动功能、病灶区FA值的关系。结果:不同皮质脊髓束受损级别病灶区的FA值和BI值间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman分析示CST分级和FA值、BI值为负相关(均P<0.05)的关系。结论:将DTI技术与临床功能量表结合起来运用可以更客观的反映CI患者CST的损伤情况,在评估患者神经及运动功能的改变中有着关键的作用。Objective: To study the application of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) in the degree of cortical spinal tract(CST) injury caused by cerebral infarction(CI) and the motor function of patients;method: select from September 2019 to January 2020 30 CI patients in our hospital underwent DTI examination. Before the examination, the BI scale was used to evaluate the motor function of the patient. The relationship between the CST grade of the patient and the motor function and FA value of the lesion area was observed. The difference between FA value and BI value in the area was statistically significant(P<0.05). Spearman analysis showed that CST grade was negatively correlated with FA value and BI value(all P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of DTI technology and clinical function scale can more objectively reflect the damage of CST in CI patients, and plays a key role in evaluating the changes of patients’ neurological and motor functions.
