摘  要:最近的许多相关实验研究表明槲皮素具有抗脏器纤维化,槲皮素能够影响多种生长因子、细胞因子和数条细胞信号通路等进行抗纤维化,但其抗纤维化机制仍需进一步研究,槲皮素具有较多药理作用,包括抗炎、抗纤维化、抗氧化应激、抗病毒,增强免疫功能和抑制血小板聚集、舒张血管作用。但是槲皮素在其他系统中如皮肤、消化、血液、神经等抗炎、抗氧化、抗纤维化和抗肿瘤等药理作用研究不充分。目前的理论研究和相关临床实践证明,槲皮素有为许多脏器疾病带来福音的机会,现今槲皮素虽然具有较大的临床药用潜力,但是目前很多理论实验研究只处于动物研究阶段,非常少的能够进入临床药物研究,并且应用于临床需要克服许多困难,比如慢性毒性、药代动力学、不良反应等问题。因此,今后应该在大量数据支持的实验研究基础上,进一步进行比较多的临床试验研究和论证,为临床应用提供更加明确的理论依据和清晰的思路;也应该对槲皮素用药的安全使用剂量进行重点研究,同时关注其用药合理性与临床不良反应。Recently, many related experimental studies have shown that quercetin has the effect of anti-organ fibrosis. quercetin can affect a variety of growth factors, cytokines and several cellular signal pathways for anti-fibrosis, but its anti-fibrosis mechanism needs to be further studied. Quercetin has many pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis, anti-oxidative stress, anti-virus. Enhance immune function, inhibit platelet aggregation and dilate blood vessels. However, the pharmacological effects of quercetin in other systems, such as skin, digestion, blood, nerve and so on, have not been fully studied, such as anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-fibrosis and anti-tumor. The current theoretical research and related clinical practice have proved that quercetin has the opportunity to bring good news to many organ diseases. although quercetin has great clinical medicinal potential, many theoretical and experimental studies are only in the animal research stage. very few can enter the clinical drug research, and clinical application needs to overcome many difficulties, such as chronic toxicity, pharmacokinetics, adverse reactions and so on. Therefore, more clinical trials and demonstrations should be carried out on the basis of experimental studies supported by a large number of data in the future, so as to provide a more clear theoretical basis and clear ideas for clinical application;we should also focus on the safe dose of quercetin, and pay attention to the rationality of drug use and clinical adverse reactions.
