摘　　要：5G使我们进入了万物互联时代,社会各个领域都朝着电子化、数字化、智能化方向深入拓展,各类新技术的应用使得社会开始数据化、平台化、协同化,数据成为社会中重要的生产要素,数字时代的面貌更加清晰。面对高发的经济犯罪态势以及社会数字化生态的形成,公安机关经侦部门对经侦工作不断探索与创新,深度挖掘数据价值,开始转入以数据要素为主要驱动力的数据化侦查模式。数据化侦查模式是将数据作为侦查办案的核心要素,通过大数据研判开展违法犯罪监测、预警与侦查,实现宏观精准性战略指挥与主动侦查,真正使数据成为提高侦查效率的主要引擎。同时近年来的数据化实战更加淬炼了数据化侦查模式,创新了数据化侦查战术战法,丰富了数据化侦查利器,优化了警务平台,构建了与之相适应的数据导侦机制,极大地促进了经济犯罪侦查效率的提升。5 G has brought us into the era of the Internet of Everything, and all areas of society are expanding in the direction of electronics, digitization, and intelligence. The application of various new technologies has made society begin to be digitalized, platform-based, and collaborative, and data has become an important production elements in society, the face of the digital age is clearer. Facing the high incidence of economic crimes and the formation of social digital ecology, the economic investigation departments of public security organs continue to explore and innovate, dig deeper into the value of data, and begin to switch to a data-based investigation model with data elements as the main driving force. The data-based investigation mode is to use data as the core element of investigation, and carry out illegal and criminal monitoring, early warning and investigation through big data research and judgment, realize macro-precision strategic command and active investigation, and make data the main engine for speeding up the efficiency of investigation. In recent years, data-based actual combat has further refined the data-based investigation mode, innovated the data-based investigation tactics,enriched the data-based investigation weapon, optimized the police platform, built a data-based investigation mechanism that is compatible with it, and promoted the improvement of the efficiency of economic crime investigation.
