摘  要:基于电工钢传统轧制技术,采用温轧工艺制备了无取向Fe-3.1wt%Si钢,并研究了温轧温度对全流程组织、织构及成品板磁性能的影响规律。结果表明,随轧制温度的升高,变形晶粒内部的剪切带密度先升高后降低,温轧板织构强度逐渐减弱。轧制温度为120、360℃时,冷轧板与温轧板具有锋锐的α织构和中等强度的γ织构与λ织构;轧制温度达到600℃时,温轧板中出现了较强的Goss织构。退火板平均晶粒尺寸随轧制温度的增大先增大后减小。冷轧及轧制温度为120、360℃的退火板中的γ织构强度相近,其中120℃温轧后的退火板具有最强的λ织构,360℃温轧后退火板中γ织构与λ织构强度均较低。磁性能在120℃温轧时达到最优,此时铁损B_(1.5/50)为2.18W/kg,磁感应强度B_(50)为1.70 T。Based on the traditional rolling technology of electrical steel, non-oriented Fe-3.1 wt%Si steel was prepared by warm rolling process. The effects of warm rolling temperature on the microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of the non-oriented Fe-3.1%Si steel were studied. The results show that with the increase of rolling temperature, the density of shear bands in the deformed grains first increases and then decreases, and the textural strength of warm rolling sheet is gradually weakened. The cold rolled and warm rolled sheets after 120℃ and 360℃ warm rolling have sharp α-fiber texture, and γ and λtextures with medium intensity. When the rolling temperature reaches 600℃, strong Goss texture appears in the warm rolling sheet. The average grain size of annealing sheets increases first and then decreases with the increase of rolling temperatures.For the cold rolling and 120 and 360℃ warm rolling sheets after annealing, the γ texture intensity is similar, among which the annealed sheet after warm rolling at 120℃ has the strongest λ texture, and the γ texture and the λ texture intensities in the annealed sheet after the warm rolling at 360℃ are lower. The magnetic properties are optimal at 120℃ warm rolling. Under this condition, the iron loss B_(1.5/50) is 2.18 W/kg and the magnetic induction intensity B_(50) is 1.70 T.
