摘 要:以4 mm厚的304不锈钢为研究对象,采用光纤激光器进行了角接焊实验。采用单因素实验方法研究激光功率、焊接速度和离焦量对接头形貌、焊缝中心等轴晶组织大小及边缘柱状晶组织宽度和力学性能的影响规律,获得了最优的工艺参数范围。研究表明:角接接头形貌都呈现"钉子头"型,当激光功率为2800 W。焊接速度为20 mm/s、离焦量为-2 mm时角接接头的抗拉强度达到最大值585.6 MPa,对箱体的激光焊接具有指导意义。Taking 4 mm thick 304 stainless steel as the research object, the fillet welding experiment was carried out with fiber laser. The effects of laser power, welding speed and defocusing distance on the weld morphology, equiaxial grain size of weld center, columnar crystal width of weld edge and mechanical properties of the fillet weld were studied by single factor experiment. The research shows that the morphology of fillet welded joint is "nail head" type. When the laser power is2800 W, the welding speed is 20 mm/s, and the defocusing distance is-2 mm, the tensile strength of the fillet welded joint reaches the maximum of 585.6 MPa, which has guiding significance for laser welding of the box.
