摘  要:对ZG20Mn横梁结构进行了分析,根据其结构特点设计了铸件的浇注系统、冒口、冷铁等,并利用Pro/E软件进行三维建模。应用ProCAST软件对铸造成形过程中的凝固缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,采用中间注入开放式浇注系统并选择导轨放置在上的浇注方案,有利于实现横梁铸件的顺序凝固。适当增大冷铁的尺寸可消除筋和横梁侧面交界部位的缩孔缩松缺陷。The structure of ZG20 Mn beam was analyzed.According to its structural characteristics,the casting gating system,riser,cold iron and so on were designed,and the Pro/E software was used for 3 D modeling.ProCAST software was used to analyze the solidification defects in the casting forming process.The results show that using the open pouring system with intermediate injection and selecting the pouring scheme of the guide rail placed on the upper part is beneficial to realize the sequential solidification of the cross beam castings.Properly increasing the size of the cold iron,the shrinkage cavities and shrinkage porosity defects at the junction of the rib and the side of the beam can be eliminated.
