摘  要:采用常规锻造、近β锻造和"高低高"锻造三种工艺锻制了Ti80钛合金棒材,并进行了热处理试验。结果表明:在不同锻造和热处理工艺下,Ti80合金棒材可以获得均匀的双态组织、等轴组织和双套组织,双态组织具有较高的冲击性能,等轴组织和双套组织具有较高的强度,但等轴组织与双套组织的性能总体差别不大。The Ti80 titanium alloy bars were forged by three technologies of normal forging, near β forging and "high-low-high" forging, and heat treatment experiments were carried out. The results show that bimodal structure, equiaxed structure and two-suit structure in Ti80 alloy bars can be obtained under different forging and heat treatment technologies. The bimodal structure has high impact properties, the equiaxed structure and two-suit structure have higher strength, but the performance of the equiaxed structure and the two-suit structure is not significantly different in general.
