摘 要:采用刚粘塑性有限元法对7075铝合金三通阀多向加载成形过程进行了数值模拟,研究了凹模圆角、坯料初始温度、加载速度、模具预热温度对成形过程和成形质量的影响。结果表明,适当增大凹模圆角有利于成形载荷的降低和提高变形的均匀性;坯料初始温度的提高可使成形载荷减小,但过高会引起坯料局部区域温升过高,超过7075铝合金中起强化作用的共晶熔点温度;加载速度高于10 mm/s时,对成形载荷影响不大,但当高于20 mm/s时会引起坯料局部温度超出7075铝合金的热塑性成形温度范围。The rigid viscoplastic finite element method was used to simulate the multidirectional loading forming process of 7075 aluminum alloy three-way valve. The effects of die angle, initial billet temperature, loading speed and die preheating temperature on forming process and quality were studied. The results show that it is beneficial to reduce the forming load and improve the uniformity of deformation by increasing the angle of the die. The increase of the initial temperature of the blank can reduce the forming load, but too high temperature will cause the temperature rise in the local area of the blank, exceeding the eutectic melting point temperature of 7075 aluminum alloy. When the loading speed is higher than 10 mm/s, it has little influence on the forming load, but when the loading speed is higher than 20 mm/s, it will cause the local temperature of the blank to exceed the thermoplastic forming temperature range of 7075 aluminum alloy.
