摘 要:对40Cr-0.6V0.3W钢汽车花键轴的室温和高温磨损性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:随始锻温度和终锻温度的升高,花键轴的室温和高温磨损体积先减小后增大。与1160℃始锻温度相比,1220℃始锻温度下的试样室温和高温磨损体积分别减小了35%%、44.74%;与780℃终锻温度相比,840℃终锻温度下的室温和高温磨损体积分别减小了27.78%、41.67%,室温和高温磨损性能先提升后下降。40Cr-0.6V0.3W汽车花键轴的锻造工艺参数优选为:1220℃始锻温度、840℃终锻温度。The room temperature and high temperature wear properties of 40 Cr-0.6 V0.3 W steel spline axles for automobiles were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of initial forging temperature and final forging temperature,the room temperature and high temperature wear volume of the spline axle first decrease and then increase.Compared with those of the initial forging temperature at 1160℃,the room temperature and high temperature wear volume at1220℃decrease by 35%and 44.74%respectively.Compared with those of the finish forging temperature at 780℃,the room temperature and high temperatu re wear volume at 840℃decrease by 27.78%and 41.67%,respectively.And the room temperature and high temperature wear properties increase first and then decrease.The optimum forging process parameters of40 Cr-0.6 V0.3 W automobile spline shaft are the initial forging temperature of 1220℃and the final forging temperature of 840℃.
