摘 要:通过有限元模拟,对比分析了三种焊接方向下双激光束双侧同步焊接TC4钛合金H型桁条-蒙皮薄壁结构的变形差异。热源模型采用组合热源,能够有效体现出激光热源在表面以及熔深方向上的能量分布。将模拟变形结果结合三维扫描实际测量,验证了模型的可靠性。试验结果表明,冷却结束后,构件中部变形较大,两端变形较小,变形主要集中在高度方向上。三种焊接方向中,从桁条中间到两端焊接的整体变形最小。The finite element simulation was used to compare and analyze the deformation of double-sided simultaneous laser beam welded TC4 titanium alloy H-type stringer-skin thin-wall structure under three welding directions.The combined heat source model was used,which can effectively reflect the energy distribution on the surface and in the direction of penetration.The simulated deformation results combined with actual 3 D scanning measurement ensure the reliability of the model.It is found that the deformation of the middle part in the structure is large,the deformation on both ends is small,and the deformation is mainly concentrated in the height direction after cooling.Among the three welding directions,the overall deformation of the welding direction from the middle part of stringer to two ends is the best.
