摘　　要：黑龙江省水路运输市场作为经济建设的重要组成部分,在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但水路运输市场在具体操作过程中市场信用体系比较薄弱。黑龙江省水路运输市场不规范,企业诚信度低,仍然是困扰当前运输市场健康稳定发展的较大障碍,本文共梳理出四方面的问题,并提出应对思路及解决方案,并指出亟需建立我省水路运输市场信用评价体系。As an important part of economic construction,the waterway transportation market in Heilongjiang Province plays a pivotal role in the national economy and social development.However,the market credit system of the waterway transportation market is relatively weak in the specific operation process.The irregular waterway transportation market in Heilongjiang Province and the low level of corporate integrity are still a major obstacle to the healthy and stable development of the current transportation market.This article sorts out four problems,and proposes countermeasures and solutions,and points out the urgent need to establish a company.Provincial waterway transportation market credit evaluation system.
