摘  要:冬季供暖期“以热定电”的运行模式限制了电力系统的灵活性,导致风电消纳能力不高,因此需要加强对电网和热网的协调调度。文中建立了一个包含电锅炉和储热装置的热电联合系统优化调度模型,并以一个实际的案例为例,分析了四种场景下系统的风电消纳情况和运行成本。结果表明,电锅炉和储热装置在风电消纳机理上有明显不同,电锅炉更能够增强系统的风电消纳能力,而储热装置更容易降低系统的运行成本,电锅炉与储热装置的协调运行可使系统的风消纳能力和运行成本达到最优。The“Electricity by heat”mode of the CHP during the heating season restricts the flexibility of the power system and leads to low wind power accommodation capacity,so it is necessary to enhance the coordinated scheduling of the power grid and heat network.In this paper,an optimal scheduling model of combined heat and power system including electric boilers and heat accumulator is established,and the wind power accommodation and operation cost of the system under four scenarios are analyzed in a real case.The results show that electric boiler and heat accumulator is significantly different in wind power accommodation mechanisms,and electric boiler is more capable of enhancing the wind power accommodation capacity,while heat accumulator is more likely to reduce the operating costs of the system,and the coordinated operation of electric boiler and heat accumulator can optimize the wind power accommodation capacity and operating costs of the system.
