摘 要:研究了用盐酸从镍钛钯废合金靶材中浸出镍、铝、钯,通过氯化铵沉淀、煅烧还原回收钯。结果表明:用5.0 mol/L盐酸溶液浸出废靶材6.0 h,镍、铝浸出率均在98%以上,浸出液中的镍用碱沉淀为粗氯化镍;浸出渣用6 mol/L盐酸在理论量1.2~1.5倍氯酸钠存在条件下浸出钯,钯浸出率99.98%;钯浸出液中加入适量氯化铵沉淀氯钯酸铵,氯钯酸铵经烘干煅烧还原得海绵钯。该工艺钯回收率大于99%,海绵钯纯度大于99.95%。Leaching of nickel,aluminum and palladium from waste Ni-Ti-Pd alloy target with hydrochloric acid was studied,and palladium was recovered by ammonium chloride precipitation and calcination reduction.The results show that the leaching rate of nickel and aluminum is above 98%when the waste target is leached with 5.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for 6.0 h,and the nickel in the leaching solution is precipitated as crude nickel chloride by alkali.The leaching residue is leached with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid in the presence of 1.2~1.5 times the theoretical amount of sodium chlorate,and the leaching rate of palladium is 99.98%.An appropriate amout of ammonium chloride is added into the leaching solution of palladium to precipitate ammonium chloropalladium,which is reduced to sponge palladium by drying and calcination.The recovery rate of palladium in this process is over 99%,and the purity of sponge palladium is over 99.95%.
