摘 要:研究了采用发泡法和分子印迹法制备海绵状镍印迹壳聚糖吸附剂,考察了此吸附剂在不同溶液体系中对Ni^(2+)的特异性吸附性能。结果表明:在pH=5的一元溶液中,该吸附剂对Ni^(2+)有较高的吸附量,约为53 mg/g;吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和伪二级动力学方程。在钴、镍和锰、镍二元溶液中,该吸附剂对Ni^(2+)有较高选择吸附性能,Co^(2+)、Ni^(2+)和Mn^(2+)、Ni^(2+)的分离因子分别为17.16和53.80。该吸附剂有良好的再生能力,可重复利用。A spongy nickel imprinted chitosan adsorbent was prepared by foaming method and molecular imprinting technology.The adsorption properties of the adsorbent for nickel ion in different aqueous solution system was examined.The results show that in the single system of pH=5,the maximum capacity of the synthesized spongy adsorbent on Ni^(2+)is about 53 mg/g.The adsorption process is better described by Langmuir monolayer adsorption models and pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.In binary system,the selective adsorption experiment reveals an excellent preference of the synthesized spongy adsorbent for Ni^(2+)over other coexist metal ions and the separation coefficient of Ni^(2+)/Co^(2+)and Ni^(2+)/Mn^(2+)are 17.16 and 53.80,respectively.Furthermore,the adsorbent has good durability.
