摘 要:研究了用N235从高浓度盐酸溶液中萃取铼及用NaOH溶液反萃取铼,考察了萃取剂组成、相比、两相接触时间对萃取和反萃取的影响。结果表明:对于铼质量浓度38.4 mg/L、HCl浓度5.5 mol/L的溶液,用5%N235+1.5%仲辛醇+93.5%磺化煤油进行萃取,在Vo/Va=1/10、两相接触时间1 min条件下经3级逆流萃取,铼萃取率达97%;对于负载铼质量浓度540 mg/L的有机相,用清水洗涤后,在Vo/Va=15/1、接触时间30 s条件下,用浓度为1.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液进行反萃取,铼的单级反萃取率为99.5%。铼的分离效果较好。Solvent extraction of rhenium from high-concentration hydrochloric acid solution using N235 and stripping of rhenium from the organic phase using NaOH solution were studied.The influences of organic phase composition,Vo/Va and contacting time on extracting and stripping of rhenium were examined.The results show that under the conditions of rhenium mass concentration of 38.4 mg/L,HCl concentration of 5.5 mol/L,using 5%N235+1.5%sec-octanol+93.5%sulfonated kerosene as organic phase,Vo/Va of 1/10,three-stage countercurrent extraction and two-phase contact time of 1 min,extraction rate of rhenium is 97%.For the loaded organic phase with rhenium mass concentration of 540 mg/L,after washing using water,under the conditions of Vo/Va=15/1 and contact time of 30 s,using 1.5 mol/L NaOH solution to strip,the single-stage stipping rate of rhenium is 99.5%.The separation effect of rhenium is good.
