摘 要:研究了用氢氧化铝从高氟废水中去除氟,考察了反应温度、废水pH、反应时间、搅拌速度、氢氧化铝用量对氟去除率的影响,采用XRD、SEM表征了除氟前、后的氢氧化铝。结果表明:氢氧化铝在废水除氟过程中转变成六氟铝酸钠;在废水体积500 mL、pH=6.5、氟初始质量浓度2.0 g/L、反应温度25℃、搅拌速度600 r/min、氢氧化铝用量2.5 g条件下反应60 min,氟去除率达99.3%,除氟效果较好。The removal of fluoride in wastewater using aluminum hydroxide was researched.The effects of reaction temperature,wastewater pH,reaction time,stirring rate and aluminum hydroxide dosage on removal of fluorine were examined.The XRD and SEM were used to analyze the aluminum hydroxide before and after fluorine removal.The results show that Na3AlF6 forms on aluminum hydroxide surface during fluorine removal.Under the conditions of wastewater volume of 500 mL,pH of 6.5,fluorine initial mass concentration in wastewater of 2.0 g/L,reaction temperature of 25℃,stirring rate of 600 r/min,and the aluminum hydroxide amount of 2.5 g,reacting time of 60 min,the fluorine removal rate is 99.3%,and the fluorine removal effect is good.
