摘 要:该文以北京市密云区某污水处理厂污泥为研究对象,采用ICP-MS和BCR四步提取法对污泥中7种重金属含量和形态进行实验分析,在污泥和沙土重金属含量的基础上,以污泥改良沙土为目的,开展污泥的重金属污染水平以及施用于沙土的潜在生态风险评价。根据结果可知,7种重金属的含量从高到低分别为Zn>Cr>Cu>Pb>Ni>As>Cd,非残渣态占比最多的重金属元素为Zn和Cu,占比超过80%,残渣态占比最多的重金属元素为Pb,占比超过70%;7种重金属的综合污染水平为警戒线范围,以1∶1比例施用于沙土的综合潜在生态风险属于低风险等级。建议施用时结合重金属的赋存形态分布情况,降低污泥施用比例以及对非残渣态为主的重金属采取稳定固化处理等措施。The concentrations and the speciations of seven heavy metals of municipal sludge,taken from a sewage treatment plant in Miyun District,Beijing,was analyzed by using ICP-MS after microwave digestion and BCR four-step extraction method.Based on the content of heavy metals in the sludge and sand,the heavy metal pollution level of sludge and the potential ecological risk of applying to sandy soil were evaluated.According to the results,the contents of the seven heavy metals from high to low are Zn>Cr>Cu>Pb>Ni>As>Cd,while Zn and Cu possessed the highest proportion in non-residual state(more than 80%),Pb possessed the highest proportion in residual state(more than 70%).The comprehensive pollution level of seven heavy metals in the sample was obtained as the warning line range,the comprehensive potential ecological risk of applying to sandy soil at a ratio of 1∶1 belongs to the low risk level.It is suggested that the application should be combined with the occurrence and distribution of heavy metals,and recommended to reduce the proportion of sludge application and take stable solidification treatment for heavy metals with non-residue state.
