摘 要:[目的]为明确杀虫剂联苯菊酯和丁硫克百威在室内对麦蛾柔茧蜂的风险及潜在影响。[方法]试验通过玻璃管药膜法测定了联苯菊酯和丁硫克百威对麦蛾柔茧蜂的毒性,并对其安全性和后代繁殖力进行了评价。[结果]联苯菊酯对母代的毒性较强,而丁硫克百威对F1代的毒性较强。在风险性评估分析上,联苯菊酯对麦蛾柔茧蜂母代和F1代的安全系数分别为0.010、0.102,风险等级为极高风险和高风险。而丁硫克百威对母代和F1代的安全系数分别为1.281、0.684,均为中等风险。2种杀虫剂对麦蛾柔茧蜂的繁殖力均产生了不同程度的影响,且对后代均有不同程度的影响。[结论]2种杀虫剂对麦蛾柔茧蜂均有毒性。相比联苯菊酯,丁硫克百威对麦蛾柔茧蜂较为安全。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the risk and potential impact of bifenthrin and carbosulfan to Habrobracon hebetor Say in the laboratory.[Methods]The toxicity of bifenthrin and carbofuran on H.hebetor Say was determined by the residual film in glass tube method,the safety and reproduction of offspring was evaluated in this paper.[Results]The results showed that the toxicity of bifenthrin about maternal generation was stronger,while the toxicity of carbosulfan to F1 generation was stronger.In the analysis of risk assessment,the safety factors of bifenthrin to the maternal generation and F1 generation were 0.010 and 0.102,and the risk level belongs to extremely high risk and high risk,respectively.While the safety factors of carbosulfan to maternal generation and F1 generation were 1.281 and0.684,both of which were moderate risks.The two insecticides have different degrees impact on reproduction of H.hebetor Say,and both affect the offspring.[Conclusions]Both the insecticides are toxic to H.hebetor Say.Compared with bifenthrin,carbofuran is safer to H.hebetor Say.
