摘 要:[目的]通过田间药效试验,筛选出防治枸杞蓟马的最佳生物农药,为枸杞蓟马生物防治提供理论依据和技术指导。[方法]采用5点取样法对宁杞7号进行6种生物药剂对枸杞蓟马的防治效果试验。[结果]1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂和1%香菇多糖防治枸杞蓟马效果最佳,2种药剂在药后5、7 d防治效果均在70%以上,其余4种生物药剂对枸杞蓟马均有一定防治效果,其中6%鱼藤酮效果最差。[结论]因此选用生物药剂防治枸杞蓟马时,优先选用除虫菊素和香菇多糖,对枸杞蓟马有很好的防效,2种药剂可以交替使用,防止产生抗药性。在生产实践中,建议选择化学药剂和生物药剂结合使用,同时积极采取生物、物理防治相结合,以达到安全、持久的防控策略。[Aims]The study aims to screen out the best biological pesticides for preventing and controlling wolfberry thrips and provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for biological control of wolfberry thrips.[Methods]The five-point sampling method was applied to identify the efficacy of six kinds of biological insecticides against wolfberry thrips,with the main planted variety NingQi 7.[Results]The Field experiments showed that 1.5% pyrethrin water emulsion and 1%lentinan had the significant control effect on wolfberry thrips.The efficacy of the two biology medicaments would both attain 70% in 5 and 7 d after treatment.The other four biological medicaments were effective on wolfberry thrips and the effect of 6% rotenone was the worst in control effect test.[Conclusions]Therefore,when using biological agents to control wolfberry thrips,pyrethrins and lentinan are preferred,which have good control effects on wolfberry thrips.The two agents can be used alternately to prevent resistance development.In production practice,it is recommended to choose a combination of chemical and biological control,and actively adopt a combination of agricultural and physical control to achieve a safe and durable prevention and control strategy.
