摘　　要：目的:制备10批阴炎净洗液标准汤剂,建立HPLC-DAD指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用ACE EXCEL C18-AR色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为215 nm。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本2004A)"分别对10批标准汤剂的指纹图谱进行相似度评价,并将对照图谱与单味药材进行色谱峰匹配,确定共有峰归属,通过混合标准溶液对共有峰进行成分指认。结果:10批标准汤剂指纹图谱与对照图谱的相似度大于0.950,标准汤剂标定53个共有峰,所有共有峰都能归属到单味药材。结论:建立的基于标准汤剂的阴炎净洗液指纹图谱分析方法稳定、简单,可用于阴炎净洗液的质量控制。Objective: To prepare 10 batches of Yinyanjing Lotion standard decoction and establish a HPLC-DAD fingerprint analysis method. Methods: The analysis was performed on ACE EXCEL C18-AR column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), gradient eluting with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile and 10 mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution flowing at 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 35 ℃, The detection wavelength was 215 nm. The Chinese Medicine Chromatography Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System Software(Version 2004 A) was used to evaluate the similarity degree of the fingerprints of 10 batches of standard decoction, respectively. The chromatographic peaks of the control spectrum and the single medicinal material were matched to determine the attribution of common peak, and the components of common peak were identified by mixing standard solution. Results: The similarities between the fingerprints of the 10 batches of standard decoction and the control spectra was over than 0.950. Totally 53 common peaks were identified in the standard decoction, and all the common peaks could be belonged to the single medicinal material. Conclusion: The established fingerprint analysis method of Yinyanjing Lotion based on standard decoction is stable and simple, and can be used for quality control of Yinyanjing Lotion.
