镇痛化瘤贴联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗重度癌性疼痛46例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察镇痛化瘤贴联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗重度癌性疼痛(气滞血瘀证)的疗效。方法:将100例重度癌性疼痛患者随机均分为两组。治疗组患者予镇痛化瘤贴联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,对照组患者予盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗。观察两组患者盐酸羟考酮缓释片日均消耗量、疼痛数字评分(NRS)、卡氏体力状况评分(KPS)及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组有效率为86.96%(40/46),对照组有效率为62.50%(30/48),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后盐酸羟考酮缓释片日均消耗量及NRS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组患者盐酸羟考酮缓释片日均消耗量及NRS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后KPS评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:镇痛化瘤贴联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片可减轻重度癌性疼痛(气滞血瘀证)患者疼痛症状,降低盐酸羟考酮缓释片的消耗量和不良反应的发生率。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhengtong Hualiu Paster combined with Oxycodone hydrochloride on patients with severe cancer pain of Qi staganation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients were treated by Zhengtong Hualiu Paster combined with oxycodone hydrochloride in treatment group and oxycodone hydrochloride in control group. The average daily consumption of oxycodone hydrochloride, NRS scores, KPS scores and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results: The efficiency rate was 86.96%(40/46) in treatment group and 62.50%(30/48)in control group, and the treatment group showed higher efficiency rate than control group(P<0.05). The average daily consumption of oxycodone hydrochloride and NRS scores decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group showed lower consumption of oxycodone hydrochloride and NRS scores than control group(P<0.05). The KPS scores were increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group showed higher KPS scores than control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhengtong Hualiu Paster combined with oxycodone hydrochloride can alleviate pain and reduce consumption of oxycontin and incidence of adverse reactions.
