壮医经筋推拿治疗产后骶髂关节错缝症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析壮医经筋推拿治疗产后骶髂关节错缝症的疗效。方法:将60例产后骶髂关节错缝症患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组30例、对照组30例,分别予壮医经筋推拿与常规推拿干预,1次/d,5 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。在治疗前、治疗后观察患者视觉疼痛评分、日本骨科学会制定的下腰痛(骶髂关节错缝症)评分(M-JOA),并在治疗结束后统计有效率。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组总有效率为80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后VAS评分与M-JOA评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组在疼痛减轻、关节功能改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医经筋推拿在缓解产后骶髂关节错缝症疼痛、改善关节功能方面较常规推拿疗效更加显著。Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine meridian massage on postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation. Methods: According to the random number method, the patients with postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),which treated respectively by Zhuang medicine meridian massage and conventional massage. The massage was given once a day, 5 days as a course of treatment, and the patients were treated for two courses. Before and after treatment, the visual pain score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain(sacroiliac joint dislocation) score(M-JOA) were observed. And the effective rate was counted after treatment. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67%(29/30) in treatment group and 80.00%(24/30) in control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score and M-JOA score decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment showed better pain relief and joint function improvement than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhuang medicine meridian massage showed better effect than conventional massage, on pain relief and joint function improvement in patients of postpartum sacroiliac joint dislocation.
