摘　　要：通过系统梳理《肘后备急方》有关中风急症救治相关文献内容,分析葛洪对中风急症的诊疗思想规律。结果表明:葛洪对中风急症急救思路总体上强调"急",讲究"简"。诊断上,主要以患者表现的特异性客观体征作为中风急症的诊断依据。辨治方面,以保全性命为首要原则;强调辨证论治基础上随证治之,救治方法丰富简便,尤重灸法;同时考虑急救过程对病患的远期影响及中风预防。The paper simply analyzed GE Hong’s thoughts and law in diagnosing and curing emergent stroke by systematically sorting out the related literatures in Elbow Backup Emergency. Results showed that GE Hong had rapid and simple way in emergent stroke therapy. During the diagnosis, the treatment mainly depends on patients’ specific objective signs. On syndrome differentiation and treatment, life-saving is the most important thing. On the other hand, GE Hong emphasized stroke should be treated with different syndromes, and he used lots of concise and efficient treatment methods tocurestroke, especially moxibustion. Meanwhile, he has considered long-term impact on patients and preventing stroke in emergency treatment.
