从药师角度浅谈毒性中药附子的合理应用

摘　　要：附子为临床常用中草药,有回阳救逆、散寒止痛的功效,具有抗休克、抗心肌缺血等药理作用,同时也有较大的不良反应。近年来因应用不当导致的意外情况时有发生,为提高临床对附子的应用安全性,文章从附子的毒性、炮制、煎煮方法和用药剂量方面,结合文章附子应用情况进行分析,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。Monkshood is used in treatment frequently,and it can rescue from collapse by restoring yang and eliminate cold to stop pain. It has pharmacological action of antishock and anti-myocardial ischemia,while it also has great untoward effect. Many fortuitous events occurred for the reasons of improper applications nowadays. This passage will analyze monkshood from its toxicity,processing,doses and uses in our hospital in order to improve its application security. Hope to provide reference for clinical application.
